Return Policy

1. Warranty

All items supplied by Mermed Technologies carry a minimum 12 month warranty. Longer warranty periods may be applied to specific products identified at the time of quoting. For any warranty claims contact Mermed Technologies within the warranty period. Notice of Claims must be made in writing. Where we have supplied items made or imported by others, warranty claims will be handled by Mermed to the original manufacturer on your behalf. On-sold items are subject to the warranty conditions of the original manufacturer or importer

2. Claims

The customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods as being in accordance with its order unless it notifies Mermed Technologies in writing of its claim within 7 days of receipt of the goods. No return of allegedly defective goods will be accepted by Mermed Technologies unless it has given prior written authorisation for the return. The customer may return products to Mermed Technologies and obtain a credit:

a) except for specially purchased products or products specially designed for the customer’s requirements;

b) provided it does so within 7 days of delivery and a return authorisation is obtained from Mermed Technologies;

c) provided that the Products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current batch and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;

d) at the customer’s own expense; and

e) on the basis that risk in the products remains with the customer until the products are received by Mermed Technologies and that a restocking or return fee may be charged.
